Care Consultation
A Care Consultation is a focused, one-time conversation with a nurse care manager to make sense of what is happening with your loved one and leave you with a clear understanding of what happens next.
A clear read on the situation
Steps you can take on your own
One flat fee for 90 minutes, by video or in person

Who This Is For
Families who have questions but are not ready for ongoing support
Also a good fit for
Families who simply want an expert to look at the situation once and tell them what we are seeing and what to do next.
It is one of the most useful things a worried son or daughter can do, and often the thing that finally lifts the fog.
What You Get
You leave with direction instead of dread
A conversation with an experienced nurse
Not an intake call and not a sales call. You talk with a nurse care manager about what is actually happening with your loved one.
A clear read on what is actually going on
A clinically informed view of your loved one’s situation, and what it actually means day to day.
Concrete next steps you can act on
Steps you can take whether or not you ever work with us again, starting with the one that matters most.
How It Works
You are one conversation away from a clear next step
01
You book and pay for your consultation online, choosing from the times available.
02
We talk through what is happening, what worries you most, and what your mother or father wants.
03
You leave knowing what to do first and what can wait.
What families say
"Whenever I have an issue or a concern, I can always count on a clear answer and help getting what I need. Amby and Steve have both been amazing advocates for me with all my medical issues."
— Sicily, Ambient Aging client
Questions families ask us
For many families, yes. Sometimes one conversation and an honest map of what to do next are all you need.
If your situation calls for more, we will tell you what we recommend.
Nothing formal. Come with what is worrying you, and whatever you know about your mother or father’s health, medications, and living situation.
Tell us what you most want to leave with, so we can make sure you get answers and a direction. As you tell your story, we will probably point you to resources you did not know to ask about.
That is entirely your call. Some families use a single consultation and check back every few months.
Others move into ongoing Nurse Care Management. There is no pressure either way.
